Our Founder
Greg Hsu has over 15 years of professional experience mentoring, strategizing, leadership development, speaking, writing, and change management across many community and institutional contexts.
As the child of Hong Kong immigrants, Greg grew up in multicultural spaces, with their joys and challenges, and has come to see the power of harnessing our stories for healing and impact. Greg has rich experience working not only with Asian American groups, but other identity-specific groups (Black/African American, Latino/a, Greek/Fraternity and Sorority organizations) as well as many kinds of diverse and multicultural groups.
From university undergraduate and graduate contexts, employee resource groups, professional training settings, and religious congregations, Greg leans into the richness of his own identity to help others discover their invisible stories and dynamics, leveraging these insights to heal, grow, and make an impact in their communities.
A native of the Northeast, he and his wife now live in Boston with their 3 sons. He enjoys cooking, cocktails, and cheering for various basketball teams (especially Duke, UVA, the WNBA and Unrivaled).
